I introduced fantasy football into Europe in 1991, founding Fantasy League and leading the business through seismic changes in media and technology; creating games, building a respected brand and audience, developing successful partnerships with media owners, brands and rights holders around the world.

It was an immensely rewarding and challenging journey that taught me the importance of remaining connected to what matters most and what is uniquely yours.

I am now helping clients discover where these anchors land within their work and lives as a whole, so that they can become more purposeful and more themselves in everything they do.
